About

I've spent twenty-plus years building things people use every day: streaming platforms, subscription businesses, podcast networks, consumer apps. Along the way I've been a COO, a President, a General Manager, and Chief Product Officer, which is a long way of saying I've run product, technology, growth, and operations, usually all at the same time.

iHeartRadio · GM & Chief Product Officer

I helped a legacy media company become a digital streaming and podcasting leader, running content and product and ultimately serving as GM & Chief Product Officer for over 7 years during its largest streaming and podcast growth periods.

The Daily Wire · COO · Chief Digital Officer

Most recently I was COO of The Daily Wire, where my job was to make strategy, execution, and the numbers agree with each other.

I operate across product, technology, growth, and operations to build products that consumers love. For over 20 years I've built and scaled consumer products, subscription businesses, streaming platforms, and the organizations behind them. I've served as COO, President, General Manager, Chief Product Officer, and Advisor, leading teams of up to 165 and businesses inside organizations generating more than $1B a year. My career has been spent moving between strategy and execution: leading teams, building products, running businesses, and turning ambiguity into clarity and action.

The future shape of radio

Radio was never just the music. What turned it into a habit was everything around the songs: a tastemaker deciding what's worth hearing, sequencing that mattered as much as the curation, the attitude between the records (the DJ, the station imaging), a sense that this station was for your tribe, and the feeling that something was happening right now, with everyone else listening too. You never had to do the work. You just tuned in.

Streaming gave us what one-to-many broadcast couldn't: control, personalization, and a way out of the crushing ad loads. But it never learned radio's tricks. And radio is still stuck in the model it was born with: one broadcast, one sequence, one commercial load, for everyone.

AI changes what's possible. Every element of radio, the music, the DJ, the requests, the moments, the ads, can be pulled apart and reassembled for each listener, live. One broadcast station becomes millions of personal stations, with the intimacy of one-to-one and the energy of one-to-many. Personal doesn't have to mean alone.

ElevenRadio is version one: a real station, real programming, and a DJ you can talk to and request songs from. Eventually, every listener gets their own station. This is the beginning of what's next.
